I am a qualified and experienced coach with a passion to help people overcome obstacles and develop the skills and confidence needed to live life to its full potential. As someone who has tried to work things out for myself and being unwilling to accept help, I learned the hard way how to think differently; and thinking differently has had a transformative effect on my life. Coaching provides a safe space to think while being guided, supported and encouraged through to successful plans, actions and outcomes.

I offer professional and confidential coaching services based in the Horsham area, with coaching held via face-to-face, video or phone sessions lasting typically an hour.

My coaching adopts a structured approach that incorporates recent findings from positive psychology and neuroscience. Also, I employ psychometric tools to inform the coaching process. These tools include: Strengths Profiler, Values Discovery, 16Personalities Test, Enneagram Personality Test, Belbin Team Roles, and Career Preference Questionnaires.

A free initial 30-minute 'taster' consultation allows us to discuss your needs and agree the coaching package best suited to you. Coaching services will be tailored to your individual requirements.
